Order Processing:

https://lamelcosmetics.com/ is closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping Policies:

Standard Shipping: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 12 AM CST will ship same day. Orders placed after 12 AM CST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Expedited Shipping: UPS 2 Day Delivery orders placed during business days must be received by 11AM to ship same day. Otherwise, expedited orders will ship the following business day.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US: Orders outside the Continental US such as Hawaii, Alaska, Territories, APO/FPO will take longer based on address. Same charges apply.

Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order. Please track your shipment as https://lamelcosmetics.com/  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Free Shipping Promotion: Standard shipping is free for orders of $35 or more before tax. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are ineligible for this promotion.

SHIPPING TO CANADA:

All standard shipping rules apply to Canada orders. Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping. All prices on our website are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate. The estimated time of delivery after an order has been shipped is 3 to 5 weeks.

Payment of any import taxes, customs duties and fees is the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are non-refundable and may be collected at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. https://lamelcosmetics.com/ has no control over these charges, nor can https://lamelcosmetics.com/ predict what they may be.
